Just a couple of words here and there, but today she repeatedly said two new words: apple and shoe She also says eye, nose, flower, tata, mama, and hot Junior's vocal includes eye, flower, tata, mama and hot, and hot is his all time favorite - according to Junior everything is hot.
This was a bit earlier in the month - notice the appropriate toys for the boy and the girl - I promise this was just by accident, but as you can tell they are willing to trade off..
on a rainy day.. can't tell you how happy I am that they are starting to play... this was their first time really drawing (I guess the next step is 'really really drawing')
No, this won't be a post about me doing my laundry :) The kids love to play in here though, especially on Pako's sleeping blankets. Here they are having a ball:
It's starting.. they're getting "into" stuff. Here's a whole bunch of glitter on my carpet (yesterday). And today I was about to start a load of laundry that I loaded a bit earlier - thank goodness I took a look inside before pressing start - I found a whole bunch of my books in there! Tula was good enough to help me get them out. Can't wait to see what's in store for me :)
- Junior is fully walking :) - Tula has been following simple instructions for the last couple of days - get your shoes, get a book, brush your teeth... very cool - last two nights we've been reading picture books at the twins request - last week they didn't know what to do with the books aside from throwing them around - even though Tula has found her nostrils, she is still NOT picking her nose - very happy about this - both wake up in the morning chatting not crying, sometimes Junior calls Tata for Jacek to come get them - very cute - yesterday they learned how to blow their noses - we all have stuffy noses :( - Tula can tell apart her foot from her sock from her shoe
Tula has recently found her nostrils. She's been putting her finger into one hole and making sounds that are different from her normal voice - she's getting a kick out of it. Thankfully she hasn't figured out that she can pick it... Today Junior was watching TV while standing right in front of me and I was looking at him. He wanted me to see something on the screen, but I kept looking at him. So finally, fed up, he took my face in his hands and just turned my head in the right direction.
